Green Cupcakes

These cupcakes are similar to some I did a few weeks ago.

I made some more mini fondant pieces of cake and this time painted on some edible lustre in snowflake. It gives a lovely sheen to the the fondant.


I had never used a lustre before in cake making. It's like a lovely shimmery eyeshadow. And can be used to create a metallic effect to the rolled fondant. It's given me lots of ideas for cookies.
